Meet Madison Fazio: Business Analyst

Meet Madison Fazio, LDR’s newest Business Analyst. Madison comes to LDR from James Madison University (JMU), where she recently graduated with a degree in Finance and minors in Business Analytics and Studio Art. While at JMU, Madison was a member of the Student Advisory Council, a Google Student Ambassador, the Madison Investment Fund, and was awarded the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Finance.

“LDR is beyond thrilled to have Madison joining our team.” Lauren Gore, Principal of LDR stated, “We’re confident that Madison’s unique skills will immediately contribute to the firm’s most complex challenges and her drive and determination will help us achieve great things for many years to come.”

To learn more about Madison we sat down and asked some additional questions…

How Were You Introduced to LDR?

I personally knew one of the LDR team members. As we discussed what the firm did and my future goals it seemed as though it could be the perfect match.

What Kind of Experience Do You Bring With You To LDR?

During my time at JMU I was involved in a lot of organizations, many of them business oriented, and had several internships that helped grow my business knowledge. I think the best thing I did to personally develop my skills was adding my studio art minor to my curriculum. This challenged me to use the other side of my brain to think outside of the box to invent creative solutions, which is what LDR aims to do every day.

What Traits Do You Think Will Make You Successful on the LDR Team?

I think the traits that LDR prides itself on of, competency, hunger, and humility, are present in every member of the team. I think that I exhibit these traits, but I cannot wait to continue to further develop them as I watch the other team members lead by example.

Every Morning, What Motivates You To Get Out of Bed?

I really enjoy tackling new challenges and being surrounded by incredibly talented people that encourage me to continuously develop myself. LDR is presented with very large and ambitious projects, which means that no two days are the same. Also, coffee helps.

With All the Options You Had, Why Did You Pick LDR?

During my encounters with the team I could tell that every person genuinely cared about the company mission and personally getting to know each other. It was clear that they wanted to help develop my skills and abilities while also investing in my life outside of work. I already feel as though I have become a member of the LDR family instead of being just another coworker.
